- Our experienced on site detailing team offers unparalleled design assistance and advice, utilising a range of design software and materials;
Design Support
- You have direct access to detailers during the build process – we can toss around ideas and make the build easy and more cost effective;
- Our free truss consenting service is all part of the Akarana service and quality package.
Timber and/or engineered wood products
- We design and manufacture with a range of structural grade timbers from SG6 to SG12 in either Radiata or NZ Oregan.
- Or try our engineered timber – we use Nelson Pine LVL
- We integrate engineered timber products for lintels and beams – talk to us about laminated beam options and more.
Frames & Trusses
Supply quotes include:
• Prenailed frames with DPC fixed to the bottom plate
• Supply of Stud to top plate fixings, and lintel fixings
• Fabricated trusses including our design layout, identifying internal load bearing walls
Delivery
- Frames are supplied plastic wrapped for moisture protection when necessary;
- We supply with every frame and truss weatherproof site plans and fixing layouts;
- We deliver in full on time to site.
